In order for your website to perform its best, it needs to be connected to your existing personalized website address.
For your website to properly show on your personalized domain, two changes need to be made to the DNS registrar.
There are 2 ways to make these changes:
Option 1: One of our DNS specialists can make these changes for you. For this we will need to know your:
- Current Website address (if different than )
- Control Panel URL (of your current website address provider)
- Username (for accessing the control panel)
- Password (for accessing the control panel)
Option 2: If you or the person who handles your website would like to make these changes, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you instructions.
How do you find your hosting information?
The easiest way is to contact the person that built your website or your hosting service and ask them for the information. These people should have the username and password to access the control panel.
With this information, our BookingSuite specialist will be able to make the required Domain Name System (aka DNS) changes for your site to go live.
